Is there an ANIMAL in every HUMAN being, and vice versa?
is there much DIFFERENCE to begin with?

okay there are several ways to answer this question ....yes there is an animal in all of us ....... we still look to procreate as any other animal does ...like it or not some may say its just about something more but still we look to mate to continue generations and ensure human survival.......we all have beasts within .....that would explain out anger ...defence mechanism ...ability to adapt and change and heal our selves somewhat ...we also fight for territory ..money ...etc that help ensures our survival ...... though we may not all grow or hunt our own food we still depend on the land to provide food for us as do animals .......scientifically speaking we are just a little higher up on the food chain and we actually came from the ape family ....we just adapted and adjusted more quickly .....doesnt really mean we are any less an animal ....I know I have my beast inside me ....as we all do ...its just whether we are willing to recognize it or not ...... then there is just the pure physical need of animal attraction ...something we feel we need and want ....as do animals ....based upon some sort of attraction to what would make a good mate ..we do the same ....brbrNow for the second question yes i do believe their maybe human characteristics in animals but some display it more then others ......for instance Jane Goodall did a surmounting amount of evidence on gorillas and while doing her research recorded many human traits in them ....even two famous gorillas who can distinguish right from wrong and can communicate through sign language was Katie and Mary .......I believe that this can be seen in other animals too ....whether it be a domesticated one or wild one .....Ive studied animals almost all of my life ...and my observations of both domestic and wild ones show some human traits .....and even some reasoning and logical thinking .....social interactions as well ............brI must say this one was very very interesting for me ....it captured my attention to quite some degree .....lol ..hence the very long answer ....sorry ......I know you prefer shorter ones ....that are to the point ......thanks for this cool question ....I loved it ....have a nice day enki ...
