Is the most important thing in life, love?
Because it seems to me that people care a lot about finding someone to be with. Its the subject of songs and sitcoms and in there is always a love scene in a movie.

Its a question of priorities isnt it. Technically speaking, yes there ARE more important things, such as food, water and shelter, but in our society the majority of people take those as a given, and so attention turns to the more social aspects of living such as finding someone to be with rather than the practical side of simply geting by. brbrTry being without one or more of the essentials for any length of time and you will soon get some perspective on what is more important for example, how many homeless people do you think lie awake at nights worrying about if their girlfriendboyfriend is upset with them, etc.
